What method of shipping do you use?

We use USPS First Class & Priority shipping on most of our items and UPS Ground for our very heavy and large orders. In addition, we do allow upgrades to USPS Express, UPS 2-Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select, all of which are guaranteed to arrive within their given timeframe.

What if my plant has minor bruising , browning, or a small cut on a leaf or two?

Plants being shipped across the country can suffer from transit stress. This can be seen as the dehydration of a plant, cuts on a leaf, or the browning of a leaf. If this occurs on just a single leaf or a couple of leaves, especially on larger plants, this is not a cause of concern. Please know that this is very normal and we will not issue refunds when a plant arrives healthy with minor bruising, slight dehydration, or a small cut on a leaf.

Will I receive the exact plant from your listing photos?

We do select a plant or two from a single batch of anywhere from 30 to 500 plants to photograph for our listing photos. We move such a high volume of plants and offer such a wide selection of varieties that photographing each plant would take away from our ability to process and ship orders. So due to nature being nature, not every plant of the same size and variety will look exactly alike. Instead, we practice the industry standard of selling plants based on pot size. Our only exception to this rule is our limited-release rare aroids and hoya. For these items, we will feature several photos of the exact plant you will receive and will detail this in the item's description.

What do I do if my order was marked as delivered by USPS, but I can not locate the package?

We suggest starting by checking with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally. If it was not, then it is best to contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number, shipping service name, and your shipping address. If it is not considered lost by USPS, then it will be best to file a claim and missing package report which we can assist you with. We will also contact your local branch to double-check the status of delivery. Lastly, we do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS, but we will do our best and try to assist with locating your package.

What do I do if my order is delayed by USPS?

We are always at the mercy of the postal service. They’re amazing about 97% of the time. For this reason, we only ship plants that we have personally tested to ensure they’ll be healthy for up to 14 days in a box. So don’t fret, we take care of our plants much like they’re our own children and this seriously is a game-changer for maintaining their health during the shipping process.

In addition, if your order was shipped via USPS Priority, it includes $100 worth of postal insurance. A claim can be made by using the USPS website or by going to your local post office and speaking with a post office employee.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We will work with every customer on a case by case basis. If your package was damaged or plant was harmed during transit, please message us any concerns or questions within 24-48 hours of your USPS delivery. Also, please make sure to attach a photo or two. Please note that issues that we are not responsible for issues that arise later than 48 hours after delivery. We have no ability or say with how the plant is cared for (lighting, medium choice, watering habits, airflow, etc...) and cannot be responsible for issues that result from decisions we have no say in. We will do everything we can to ensure any question is answered and every issue is resolved.

How do I care for my new plant?

Every plant has different care instructions. Factors such as the amount of sunlight, watering schedule, type of water, PH of soil, and humidity are very very important when growing indoor plants. Luckily, we have Google to make this much much easier. Doing a google search of the plant you’ve purchased along with the phrase “care instructions” will provide you with all the knowledge you need to not just care for your plant, but to help it thrive.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, your order must be cancelled and reordered with the correct address. It is Etsy policy that each order must be shipped to the exact address provided by the customer. If we changed the, we would lose Etsy seller protections. While we wish there were an easier way around this, there sadly is not. We appreciate tour understanding.

How can I contact you?

We are only able to address Etsy-related communications on the Etsy platform. We are unable to communicate about anything Etsy-related through email, phone or direct message on any other social media platform.

Are your planters included with the price of each plant?

If you order any of our plants, it will be bagged and shipped with a wax wrap. All planters and macrame are sold separately within their own listing.
